HOMESPUN THEATRE is thrilled to be returning to the Lauren Clark gallery for a staged reading of The Language Archive By Julia Cho. The play tells the story of George, a man consumed with preserving and documenting the dying languages of far-flung cultures. Closer to home though, language is failing him. He doesn’t know what to say to his wife, Mary, to keep her from leaving him, and he doesn’t recognize the deep feelings that his lab assistant, Emma, has for him.
The cast includes Samantha Cullen, Joshua Briggs, Hana Kenny, Glenn Barrett, Deborah Morris, and Annie Considine and directed by Amanda Steurer. The readings will take place April 11th at 7:00pm and April 12th at 3:00pm at Lauren Clark Fine Art on 25 Railroad Street, Great Barrington.
Tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes prior to the show at a suggested donation of $15.00 per person.
